Our Story
We are exploring a new season of ministry at VCU and want to invite you to explore with us what God is up to! The BCM @ VCU has for decades served the VCU campus with the support of partnering churches through
the Baptist General Association of Virginia (BGAV).
Our aim is to develop relationships and foster community, where students can learn and grow with one another in their journey with Jesus. We also believe that God has invited us all into God's divine act of co-creation. We welcome artists, creatives, those who make and enjoy beautiful things, and those curious about how we can see beyond what is, to what will be!

Staff
Welford Orrock is the director of the VCU BCM and the Kairos Initiative Coordinator for the BGAV. Welford's calling is to help students discover their identity in Christ, and align their identity with their gifts and their passions, in their wholistic pursuit of God's calling for their lives.
